The Key to progress my Meditation Experience
During the evening Chanting, I was chanting while stopping the mind at Dhammakaya(the Bhudda image inside one's body).I started with relaxing my body from top to toes. Then, I'd let my mind wander as much as it liked untill it naturally stopped. I've been meditating for a year and a half and now meditation is a part of my life.
