Meditation's changed my whole life. I think it is the treasure I unexpectedly found. I have a clearer mind, equipped with the handy tools to move onto the future and overcome all obstacles. In the past, I used to drink wine to calm myself down after a day of hard and stressful work.
Now I've turned my back on it. When my stress level rises, I sit and meditate. It clears my mind and gives me a peaceful sleep.
