Softly close your eyes as if you are falling asleep. Dont press your eyelids neither your eyes. Please create of feeling of joy and freshness, purity and happiness. Dont worry about anything, let go of everything. Empty your mind. Be detached from all things, animate and inanimate be they humans, animals or things.
